Imagine a world where all people had their needs met, a world where poverty and racial inequity didn't exist. What if skin color wasn’t a factor that determined your health and well-being? What if instead of struggling to “reach” people impacted by poverty, we worked together, transforming relationships among people living in poverty and the organizations meant to serve them? What if we had diverse teams creating relevant short- and long-term solutions?
